As an officer on the ASME Design Team, I am responsible for helping run and manage the club. My primary job is to lead the steering and suspension subsystems of our main project Omrat. Omrat is a fully 3D printed open source RC car that we have been developing for the past 3 months. With many more projects ahead I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

During the summer of 2023 I studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan for six weeks. During my time there I studied Japanese language and culture as doing so has been one of my life goals. I loved every second and gained a lot of valuable connections and global insight. This experience inspired me to continue my Japanese language learning as well as join the Global Engineering Fellows!
